  1. Appointment Cancellation
    Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us via phone or email.
    Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    Late cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.

    Services already rendered (consultation completed)
    Diagnostic tests already performed
    Samples already collected or processed
    Customized health packages once initiated
  3. Refund Process
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
    Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
    Any transaction charges or processing fees may be deducted
  4. Rescheduling Policy
    Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability
    Rescheduling requests should be made in advance
    No additional charges for early rescheduling
  5. Service Delays or Cancellations by Biotrexxa
    In case of unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, equipment failure, staff unavailability),
    Biotrexxa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services
    In such cases, customers will be offered:
    Full refund OR
    Alternative appointment
  6. Special Cases

Refunds in exceptional situations (medical emergencies, valid reasons) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
